Terms of Service

Taskora OS provides an API governance runtime, real-time human-in-the-loop (HITL) approval interfaces, and cryptographic event tracking. Taskora OS does not natively generate autonomous agent behaviors or control external LLM network routing.

The Client acknowledges that Taskora acts strictly as a programmatic monitoring layer and filter positioned between the Client's local script environments and external third-party servers.

• —Token Consumption Liabilities: Under the Starter ($0) and Builder ($29) plans, the Client connects their own third-party API credentials. The Client is entirely responsible for tracking, regulating, and paying all raw token consumption costs charged directly by upstream model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• —Agent Financial Runaways: While Taskora OS equips users with a server-side [ STOP ALL AGENTS ] master kill-switch and real-time validation gates, the Client retains ultimate liability for any external operational real-world financial losses, data mutations, e-commerce pricing mistakes, or unauthorized resource expenditures incurred by runaway, misconfigured, or hallucinating agent codebases.

You explicitly agree that you will not use Taskora OS to supervise, govern, or facilitate autonomous workflows engineered for:

• —Malicious software injection, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) networks, or unauthorized network intrusion scripts.
• —Automated financial market manipulation or deceptive consumer phishing campaigns.
• —Systems operating high-risk kinetic hardware or automated weaponry without direct, physical, unbroken human oversight.

• —Taskora OS enforces hard usage limitations server-side based on subscription tiers (500 monthly actions for Starter, 10,000 for Builder, 50,000 for Scale). Bypassing, mocking, or manipulating client code to avoid threshold tracking constitutes a material breach of terms and triggers an immediate account suspension.
• —Automated downgrades processed via incoming Stripe billing failures instantly revert account data to the Starter tier, disabling all real-time human-approval gates (hitl_enabled = false).

TASKORA OS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AN AI AGENT WILL NOT ENCOUNTER AN UNEXPECTED HALTING PROBLEM OR BYPASS RUNTIME SYSTEM CHECKS DUE TO LOGICAL PROMPT INJECTIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL TASKORA OS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF RUNAWAY AGENT WORKFLOW MUTATIONS.
